  • “Jesse is very responsive - unlike many other contractors - and this is greatly appreciated. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and he was proactive in making suggestions - which were helpful. He and his crew showed up exactly at the time committed. All 3 were very pleasant to work with. They graded one spot for my trampoline, then cleared a large area of weeds and crud. Then they moved 4 raised beds to the cleared area, and filled them with composted soil. In addition, they laid down 15 yards of mulch for paths - and spread a total of 18 yards of topsoil on the beds and the surrounding area. When they were done they did a great job of filling in the ruts on the lawn from the bobcat, and sweeping up where the compost was. All this in one day. I highly recommend Jesse and his team.”

  • “I could not have been happier with the work that Jesse and his team did. I’m not very creative so I gave Jesse full control over the design of the new landscaping and the selection of which plants and decorative rocks to use. In the end, everything looked fantastic and I was very pleased with his designs and all of the work that was done. Jesse was great. He was very professional, he showed up precisely when he said he would and the work was done in only one day, just like he said it would be. In order to get it done in the one day though, they ended up staying until after 7:00 PM. I thought for sure that they would need to leave and come back but the did not! They stayed until the work was done and everything was done perfectly. Jesse’s team was also great. Like him, they were very had workers and you could see that they all took a lot of pride in the work that they did. One of them even called me prior to starting the lattice work due to the fact that they ran into a small problem with how my deck was designed. Instead of just throwing something into place, he was considerate enough to call and check with me first. Yet another example of how they all took pride in what they did and they weren’t satisfied with just making something good enough to get by. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team and I will definitely use their services again next year.”

  • “We had originally called 3 Landscaping services for estimates. Jesse was the only one that responded in a timely manner. One never responded at all. He came out to the house in the Summer of 2012 and gave us an estimate on the entire job. He allowed us to split the cost into 2 phases. In the first phase, Jesse and the team removed dead trees and cleared out all of the overgrown landscaping that was originally on the property from the previous owners. He saved some of the plants and bushes and replanted them to other spots in the yard. Jesse also kept in contact with us and sent us an email with a list of suggested plants, trees, and bushes that he recommended for our home based on the location, sunlight exposure, etc. We worked with him and chose the things we liked. He then came back with the team in Phase 2 and did an excellent job. Jesse and his team were professional, on-time and cleaned up after they were through. We will continue to use Zito's Landscaping as our yard continues to evolve over time. We would definitely recommend and refer Zito's Landscaping.”
